Easy Chocolate Truffles

Really simple, 2 ingredient truffles that can be personalised to your taste!

  • 180g dark chocolate¬†
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt¬†
  • Topping options: more melted chocolate, crushed nuts, crushed freeze dried berries, coconut flakes, cocoa powder


Step 1

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring every time.

Step 2

Wait a second for the chocolate to cool slightly, then mix in the Greek yogurt.

Step 3

Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the mixture hardens slightly but is still pliable.

Step 4

Use your hands to roll out small truffles.

Step 5

Coat in topping of choice.

Step 6

You can either eat straight away or refrigerate to harden.
