Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring every time.

Wait a second for the chocolate to cool slightly, then mix in the Greek yogurt.

Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the mixture hardens slightly but is still pliable.
4.
Use your hands to roll out small truffles.
5.
Coat in topping of choice.
6.
You can either eat straight away or refrigerate to harden.
