Almond flour scones

Low carb scones, mini cakes or crumbly biscuits! So many ways to describe them and even more ways to enjoy them! I decided to add greek yogurt, mashed raspberries and blueberries!

Ingredients
  • 200g almond flour or ground almonds 
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla 
  • Up to 2 tbsp maple syrup or runny honey
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • Sprinkle of salt

Instructions

1.

Preheat oven to 180c.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Divide the mixture into small rounds and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes when the tops should be just slightly browned.

Tip

Remove honey/maple syrup if in first 12 weeks. These can be made savoury or sweet depending on your toppings!
