Almond flour scones
Low carb scones, mini cakes or crumbly biscuits! So many ways to describe them and even more ways to enjoy them! I decided to add greek yogurt, mashed raspberries and blueberries!

Ingredients
- 200g almond flour or ground almonds
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Up to 2 tbsp maple syrup or runny honey
- 150g Greek yogurt
- Sprinkle of salt
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into small rounds and place on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for about 10-15 minutes when the tops should be just slightly browned.
