1.
Mescola tutti gli ingredienti tranne l'olio.
2.
Crea gli hamburger usando le mani.
3.
Scalda l'olio in una padella a fuoco medio-alto.
4.
5.
For a balanced meal serve with 4 wholemeal buns, lettuce, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 sliced red onion and slaw: 200g grated carrot and 200g shredded cabbage, mixed with 4 tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon
6.
Another serving option could be 600g sweet potatoes cut into wedges, sprayed lightly with oil and roasted at 200c (180c fan) for 30–35 minutes, 2 corn cobs, halved and boiled for 5–7 minutes and 100g salad leaves

Storage information
Keep the uncooked burgers covered in the fridge for up to 1 day. Store cooked burgers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat until piping hot. Freeze uncooked or cooked burgers, separated with baking paper, for up to 3 months; defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking or reheating.
Consiglio
Lower carb: Wrap the burger in large lettuce leaves instead of a bun, and add a side of black bean or chickpea salad to keep the fibre up.
