I’m not entirely sure what to call these but they are a delicious snack that are popular with my whole family from my 10 month old baby to her grandmother! I used oat flour here to make them gluten free but you can also use a wheat flour.

Mix all ingredients together to combine.

Heat a non stick pan over medium heat, using a tiny bit of oil if your pan needs.

Add dollops of the mixture to make little fritters.

Cook until golden and flip, about 3 mins each side.
