Creamy, pretty-in-pink overnight oats with juicy strawberries, vanilla and a thick layer of Greek yoghurt "cream". Make it the night before and breakfast is ready when you wake up. The oats, chia and yoghurt give you fibre and protein to keep you full all morning, with no added sugar.

In a jar, mash half the strawberries with a fork.
