Spicy Salmon Boats

I love Japanese food and spicy salmon tartare is my favourite! Making this at home feels so fancy and indulgent, so it is perfect for date night!

Ingredients
  • 250g raw salmon, diced into very small cubes
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, plus more for topping
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  •  Chicory leaves
Needed kitchenware
  • Bowl
  • Sharp knife
Instructions

Mix all ingredients, apart from the leaves in a bowl.

Add mixture to each of the leaves and then sprinkle with more sesame seeds.
