Raspberry cottage cheese pancakes

A favourite breakfast in our household that the whole family enjoys!

Ingredients
  • 300g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g self raising flour
  • 50g oats 

Needed kitchenware
Instructions

1.

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

2.

Add more flour if you feel it’s too runny or a little milk if it’s a bit too firm.

3.

Add dollops to a pan on low heat. Flip when they start to bubble (about 3 mins).

4.

Cook for another minute or two, until cooked through.

Serve alone or with greek yogurt
