Zingy lime, fresh mint and plenty of bubbles make this alcohol-free mojito a refreshing drink for summer evenings, parties or any time you fancy something special. It's a great alternative to sugary soft drinks and cocktails, and a tasty way to stay hydrated.

Storage information
Best made fresh. The lime and mint mixture can be kept covered in the fridge for up to 1 day. Add the ice and sparkling water just before serving.
Tip
For a crowd: Make a jug by multiplying the ingredients, and top up with sparkling water just before serving so it stays fizzy. Sweetness: Taste before adding the honey. Many people find the mint and lime refreshing enough on their own.
