A creamy, vibrant berry smoothie with a hidden handful of spinach, thickened with Greek yoghurt, oats and chia seeds. It takes 5 minutes to make and is perfect for busy mornings. Greek yoghurt and milk make it high in protein without any powders, and the berries, oats, chia and spinach add plenty of fibre to keep you full until lunch.

Storage information
Best enjoyed straight away. Keep in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 24 hours and shake well before drinking. It will thicken as the chia and oats absorb liquid, so add a splash of milk if needed. Not suitable for freezing once blended, but you can freeze the dry ingredients and spinach in bags ready to blend.
Tip
Extra protein, if needed: If a healthcare professional has advised you to increase your protein intake, add 1 scoop (around 25g) of unflavoured protein powder.
