A fresh, zingy restaurant-style salsa with tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalapeño and lime, blitzed together in minutes. It's perfect with tacos, fajitas, eggs or veggie sticks, and it's made entirely from store-cupboard ingredients.
A blender or food processor gives a smooth, restaurant-style salsa. Without one, finely chop the onion, garlic, jalapeño and coriander by hand and stir them into the tomatoes for a chunkier salsa.

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Pulse until it reaches your preferred texture (5–10 short pulses). Taste, and add more lime or salt if needed.

Chill for 10 minutes to let the flavours develop, or serve straight away.

Storage information
Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months, although it will be a little thinner once defrosted.
