Needed kitchenware
Instructions

1.

In a large bowl combine all the meatball ingredients. Mix well by hand. Cover it and place in the fridge for at least half an hour.

2.

Remove from the fridge and make the meatballs. Place them on the counter.

3.

Heat some olive oil in a large pan. Add the meatballs and let them cook for about 10/15 min turning them to keep the round shape and to be evenly cooked.

4.

Remove the meatballs from the pan. In the same pan, without cleaning, add the onion finely chopped. Stir to avoid burning it.

5.

Add the tomato paste and the passata. Mix well.

6.

Add also all the other sauce ingredients except the wine.

7.

Place the meatball in the sauce and at this point add the wine.

8.

Let it cook covered for about 20 min stirring from time to time avoiding to dry too much and to burn.

9.

When all the flavours are combined, adjust the salt and pepper if needed.

10.

Serve it with your vegetables. Call everyone at the table and enjoy it!
