Garlic chives charred quickly over a high heat until smoky and just wilted, finished with a drizzle of honey, crunchy peanuts and chia seeds. It's a simple, garlicky side that's ready in 10 minutes. Leafy greens like garlic chives provide fibre and vitamins.
