Fluffy quinoa cooked with plenty of garlic, then tossed with zesty lime, spring onion and fresh coriander. It’s a bright, simple side that’s ready in 20 minutes, and it goes with almost anything, from grilled chicken and fish to chilli and curries. Quinoa is naturally gluten-free and provides plant protein and fibre.
