Heat olive oil in a large pan.

Wash and cut in half the tomatoes. Add them in the pan with the oil along with the garlic cloves, the basil, the oregano, salt, pepper, and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

Mix well and place on top the hake fillets. Cover the pan.

Let it cook for about 20 min stirring from time to time and smashing the tomatoes.

Fill a large pot with water. Bring it to a boil point, add salt and the pasta. Let it cook for the cooking time advised on the package.

Drain the pasta and add it to the fish sauce.

Serve it in the middle of the table on a large plate for a scenic effect. Enjoy it!
