One of the easiest meals to make. Just throw it all on a baking tray and mix.

Preheat oven to 200c.

Add all of the ingredients to a baking tray (you may have to divide ingredients between two trays).

Use your hands to toss and combine.

Arrange ingredients out in a single layer.

Place in oven for about 30 mins until chicken is cooked through.

Tip
For low fat, use chicken breasts instead of thighs. For low carb, omit potatoes or swap for butternut squash.
