Buffalo Cauliflower

Cauliflower is nutritious and fibre rich addition to the diet, and there are a lot of delicious ways to include it without aside from cauliflower cheese!

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce (or any hot sauce of choice - no/low sugar)
  • 1 tbsp butter (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

1.

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

2.

Toss your cauliflower with the oil, salt and pepper in a baking dish.

3.

Roast for about 20 minutes.

4.

Remove the dish and add the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, paprika and mix to thoroughly combine.

5.

Place the dish back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

Serve as a side to your main meal.
