Crunchy broccoli, sweet yellow pepper and juicy cherry tomatoes tossed in a creamy garlic yoghurt dressing with toasted Szechuan pepper, which gives a gentle, tingly warmth. Greek yoghurt makes the dressing high in protein, and the colourful vegetables add fibre and vitamin C.
