Preheat oven to fan 160c.

In a blender, add the cottage cheese and mix on high.

Then add the rest of the ingredients other than the blueberries. Mix on a low setting until just combined.

Fold in the blueberries and then fill the cupcake cases to 3/4 full.

Bake for about 25 mins, or until they feel springy and a toothpick comes out clean.
