I love jam and this jam can be used to sweeten up some oats, chia seed pudding, or any way you like. This is the healthiest jam I think I could possibly make, and is so much better than the store bought stuff! Chia seeds are so so good for you, providing a huge amount of your daily fiber!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups berries of choice
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

1.

Place berries and lemon in a pan over medium high heat.

2.

Mush the berries with a spoon and cook for about 5 minutes.

3.

Add the chia seeds in stir to coat.

4.

Cook for another 5 minutes until the seeds have expanded and the liquid has reduced.

Add more chia seeds if needed.
