Balsamic Strawberry Salad

I love how refreshing and summery this salad is! The sweetness of the strawberries goes perfectly with the peppery taste of rocket salad!

Ingredients
  • 100g rocket leaves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 strawberries, chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp cheese of choice (I did one with Parmesan and one with goats cheese)
  • 1.5 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (or more if you like)

Instructions

Toss rocket leaves with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper in a salad bowl.
