2 salmon fillets
For Lemon & Herbs:
For Soy & Ginger:

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Option 1: Place salmon on foil and rub with oil, salt and pepper. Cover with Italian herbs and slices of lemon.

Option 2: Mix together all the soy and ginger ingredients. Place salmon on foil and cover with sauce.
4.
Bake for about 12 minutes (or longer if you prefer more well done).
5.
Serve with vegetables such as steamed broccoli.
